B-Framed Shipping & Returns

(a) Delivery Dates are estimates only given by the Company in good faith and are subject to change. Whilst the Company will make every effort to meet the dates, no liability will attach to the Company for any delays or loss from failure to maintain them. Time of delivery is not the essence of the Contract.
(b) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the sub-contract (a) of this condition the Company shall not be liable for any delay in or failure of delivery caused by the unavailability of any raw materials or equipment or the Customers instructions or lack of them.
(c) Without prejudice to any other term of these conditions where the Contract precedes that Goods or materials shall be delivered by an independent carrier, delivery of the goods or materials in question by the Company to the Customer shall be deemed to be affected at the time of collection by or delivery to the carrier. In the event of goods or materials being collected by or on behalf of the Customer its servant or agents such collection will constitute delivery to the customer.


Delivery In Installments
(a) The Customer shall if required by the Company accept delivery by installments but shall not be entitled to demand delivery by installments.
(b) In the event of the Contract providing that goods shall be delivered or work shall be completed by installments each installment shall be considered to be a separate contract and construed as such in accordance with these conditions. In particular failure by the Customer to make payments by due date for any one installment for whatsoever reason entitles the Company to suspend deliveries or work upon this or any other Contract between the Company and the Customer but without prejudice to any other rights the Company may have under the provisions of such Contract.
(c) In the case of partial completion of an Order the Company shall be entitled to payment pro rata in respect of all goods supplied without prejudice to the Company's rights should non completion be occasioned by the Customer's act or default.

We use TNT and UPS for our courier mainland deliveries (excluding highlands) as our products are mainly bulky and heavy. Standard 1 - 2 day delivery is £11.95 - usually the next working day if goods are ordered by midday) but next day delivery is not guaranteed - no weekend deliveries. This is a flat rate cost per order irrespective of quantity of goods ordered. All delivery costs include VAT.

The delivery costs for Offshore islands and highlands are more expensive. For Northern Ireland the cost is £23.95, Ireland £35.95, The Isle of Man £29.95 and the Channel Isles £53.95. Highlands postcodes include IV, KW1-KW74, PH19-PH26, PH30-PH50, PA36,38,39,40 & 50 and cost £23.95. Items larger than A1 size will be more expensive to The Isle of Wight and we will call you for the extra amount.

Your delivery needs to be signed for (it can not be left in a porch etc) and will be delivered from 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are not available. If you cannot be in to sign for it we can deliver to another address which you can specify on the online order form. The couriers do not carry mobile phones so cannot call you in advance. It is important to check the goods straight away and report any problems within 48 hours. When you sign, you are signing that the goods are in good condition. We cannot refund if you open the box 2 weeks later and find the goods damaged as it is too late for us to make a claim with the couriers.



Return Of Goods
Any problem concerning goods or delivery must be reported in writing within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Goods cannot be returned without prior agreement with our Trade Department, who must provide authorisation in writing. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit.


Restocking Policy
Any undamaged and resaleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods, or £15.00, whichever is the greater.


Notice To Purchaser
Before using any product detailed in this brochure, it is recommended that the customer determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, as the customer assumes all risk and liability in connection with its intended use.


Returns/Refunds Policy
(a) Any problem concerning Goods or delivery must be reported in writing within 3 workings days of receipt of the Goods.
(b) Goods must not be returned without prior agreement from the Company.
(c) The Company cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit.
(d) We will accept the return of non faulty Goods returned within 7 days of the Customer receiving them, where the Goods are returned in their original packaging and are in a resaleable condition.
• Non faulty Goods will be inspected upon return in order to ensure that the above provisions have been met.
• Whether the Goods are considered resaleable is at the discretion of the Company.
• The cost of returning non faulty goods must be borne by the Customer.
• A restocking charge of 10% of the value of the returned Goods or £15.00, whichever is the greater, will apply.
(e) Any Goods returned after 7 days will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.
